Companies seeking a quotation on the Pink Sheets
or the over-the-counter bulletin board (OTCBB) must have a sponsoring market
maker apply for a quotation of their securities to the Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority (FINRA). A detailed information statement is required.
There are no particular requirements for the Pink Sheets and none for the OTCBB
(other than being a reporting company). The process is to ensure that adequate
information is available on the company and its financial state for the
